Oregon Contractor Education products and services consist exclusively of providing access to video education courses, and the links to these courses are provided instantaneously once your payment and registration are received. Our policy for refunds is therefore limited to extenuating circumstances such as inadvertently purchasing the wrong courses, your physical inability to complete the course due to injury or computer compatibility issues, your separation from employment with the company, or you or the owner’s decision to close the company.
Requests for refunds must be made within seven (7) days of when your registration and payment are received. If you receive a refund, neither you nor your company will receive credit for completing the course. If the CCB has already been notified of completion of a course for which a refund is provided, we will notify them that the completion for that course is rescinded.
